最简单的选择是保持1:1,即

public enum AccountState : byte {...}
public enum GodFatherType : short {...}
如果无法重命名属性,可以添加填充属性:
private byte AccountStateId {
get { return (byte)(int)AccountState; }
set { return AccountState = (AccountState)(int)value; }
}
也可以在地图上重命名的成员,但是这是比较复杂的。
